If you like to eat breakfast after a morning workout, this smoothie is a good breakfast bet for you. It’ll quench your thirst, replace carbs (glycogen) in your muscles, give you a little kick of potassium, and so much more.
INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Hemp Seed Hearts

2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach

1 1/2 cups Mango Chunks (frozen)

1 cup Jasmine Green Tea

1 Dates, Pitted
-
8 leaf fresh mint leaves

1 1/2 tbsp organic lemon juice
-
1 tsp Fresh Ginger Root

TIP: Make sure green tea is chilled before mixing with the other ingredients.

Add the hemp seeds to a blender. Cover and blend until powdery.

Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and puree well.
