Chilly season is upon us, and there is nothing cozier than a large cup of warm and decadent hot chocolate. Containing a mix of Maca and cacao powder, this Incan hot chocolate boosts the immune system, increases energy, and provides a high level of antioxidants. Recipe courtesy of Navitas Naturals.
INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp Maca Powder

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp Yacon Syrup

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS

Heat 1/3 of a cup of milk in a small sauce pan with Maca and Cacao Powder. Whisk into a smooth paste.

Slowly add the rest of milk and Yacon Syrup. Whisk until frothy, serve and enjoy!

You can use an milk of choice (almond, rice, cow, etc.). Also cinnamon and cayenne pepper are optional.
