1 1/2 oz Whole Grain Baguette Bread

2 Free Range Egg

8 Fresh Basil Leaves

1/2 tsp fresh rosemary

1/8 tsp sea salt

Lightly toast the baguette slices.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, basil, rosemary (or thyme), and salt.

Heat the oil in a medium (PFOA-free) nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook while stirring until softly scrambled, about 1 1/2 minutes.

Serve the eggs on the toasted baguette slices.
