Herb-Roasted Radishes

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 12 large radishes Radish
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, Raw Fresh
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Trim the leaves off the radishes, wash and dry. Quarter the radishes and place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss with your hands to coat each radish well.
3 Roast the radishes for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle on the herbs and flip. Roast for another 5 minutes and serve warm and crispy.
