INGREDIENTS

12 large radishes Radish

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp Fresh Dill

1 tbsp Parsley, Raw Fresh

1 tbsp Chives

1 pinch sea salt

1 pinch Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Trim the leaves off the radishes, wash and dry. Quarter the radishes and place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss with your hands to coat each radish well.

Roast the radishes for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle on the herbs and flip. Roast for another 5 minutes and serve warm and crispy.
