Our recipe is inspired by nachos -- with a Middle Eastern twist. And it's super simple, too; there’s no cooking required for this fiber-rich snack!
INGREDIENTS

6 tsp Heirloom Tomatoes

2 1/2 oz Whole Grain Pita Chips - Sea Salt

2/3 cup Hummus, Classic
-
1/4 cup Parsley, Raw Fresh
DIRECTIONS

Thinly slice heirloom cherry tomatoes.

Arrange pita chips on a platter.

Top with the hummus and decorate with the heirloom cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley
