DIRECTIONS

Puree the dates, almonds and quinoa in a food processor, pressing several times until you get a smooth paste.

Transfer to a bowl, and add coconut oil, and tahini. Mix well with a spoon or clean hands until everything is completely incorporated.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Wet your hands, take 2 tablespoons of the mixture, and form a bar. Place on a dish, and repeat with the rest.

Refrigerate for at least 2 more hours, and eat as desired. You can also put them in the freezer 2 hours before eating, for a firmer bar.

If you would like a more chocolatey taste, add as much cacao powder to the mixture, as you like.
