INGREDIENTS

1 cup Skim Milk

1 cup Yogurt, Greek-Style, Plain

1 cup Mixed Berries

1 tbsp honey
DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine 1 cup of skim or regular milk, 8 oz low-fat plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup fresh or frozen berries and 1 tablespoon honey. Blend until desired consistency. Add ice cubes, if needed.
