4 lb Chuck Tender Roast

16 oz Vegetable Broth

234 g Raw Carrot

1 cup Onions

3 medium White Potatoes

3 oz Raw Celery

1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS

Season the roast with salt and pepper to taste. Brown on all sides in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 4 minutes per side.

Place the roast in the slow cooker and add the stock, water, carrots, onion, potatoes, and celery.

Cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
