This can be made in the oven, broiler or on the grill. You will need one wooden or metal kebab skewer.

8 large raw shrimp

1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 dash salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS

Thread shrimp on skewers and lightly brush with olive oil.
