What makes this creamy vegan dressing so vividly green? Avocado, parsley, chives, tarragon and culinary matcha. Matcha consists of stone-ground green tea leaves that can have a beneficial effect on blood sugar levels and fat metabolism.
INGREDIENTS

1 Hass Avocados

1/3 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Parsley

1/4 cup Chives, raw

2 tbsp tarragon, fresh

1 tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce

2 tsp Powdered Green Matcha Tea

2 clove garlic
-
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS

Remove seed and peel from avocado.

Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover and puree on high speed. Drizzle in cold water to reach desired consistency, about 1/4 cup.

Use immediately or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
