Greek yogurt varies from other yogurt in that most of the whey and lactose has been removed, resulting in a thicker, higher-protein variety.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup Greek Yogurt

15 raspberries Raspberry

15 nut Pistachio (single)
DIRECTIONS

Add yogurt to a small bowl.

Top yogurt with berries and pistachios.

TIP: You can use any fruit of your choice (apples, blueberries, melon) and any nut of your choice (walnuts, almonds, etc.).
