Grape Bruschetta

Grape Bruschetta

This Grape Bruschetta is a great recipe for healthy skin! Grapes contain resveratrol, which has been shown to protect skin cells against the effects of the sun and also protect the collagen in the skin from breaking down.



  • 1 cup Grapes, Green
  • 1 cup Grapes, Red Seedless
  • 1/4 cup raw pecans
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Premium Italian
  • 5 Baguettes


1 Cut grapes into quarters and add to a small mixing bowl.
2 Add pecans and stir.
3 Heat a small grill or skillet on medium heat.
4 Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
5 Place baguette slices — oiled side down — onto the heated grill pan or skillet.
6 Toast until lightly browned.
7 Allow bread to cool slightly.
8 Spread with Greek yogurt and top with grape mixture.
