INGREDIENTS

3 fresh figs

3 tbsp Soft Goat Cheese

1 tbsp Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
DIRECTIONS

Remove the stems from the figs and halve them lengthwise.

Roll the goat cheese into 6 balls. Place a ball onto the cut side of each fig half, pressing firmly to adhere.

Insert a toothpick into each and serve with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
