Gluten-Free Cinnamon and Yogurt French Toast

French toast isn't a splurge with this recipe. Using gluten-free bread and low-fat Greek yogurt, this is a fuel-packed breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 gluten-free bread slice(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS

1 Soak bread in egg.
2 Using a cooking spray, cook in non-stick pan for approximately 1 minute each side until lightly brown.
3 Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with yogurt.
