After adding an egg, you can throw in your favorite healthy vegetables and flavorful sauces and you've got yourself a grain bowl to remember.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup cooked brown rice

2 tbsp Kale Pesto

1 cup pickled radishes

2 serving Soft Boiled Eggs

1 1/2 oz Caramalized Onion

4 oz Sauteed Mushrooms

3 cups Baby Spinach

1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 medium scallions
-
1 cup avocado
-
1 oz Pickled Carrots
DIRECTIONS

Stir kale pesto into steamed brown rice or quinoa. Divide brown rice between two bowls.

Top each bowl of rice with vegetables, arranging vegetables by color.

Place soft boiled egg in the center of the bowl and garnish with toasted sesame and chopped scallions.

Add chopped kimchi or hot sauce for spice in the bowl.
