A light fish dish brightened up with fresh lemon. Tilapia is a lean protein.

6 oz tilapia

1 dash salt and pepper

1/4 lemon

1/2 tsp paprika
DIRECTIONS

Preheat broiler. Season the fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice and paprika.

Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 8 to 12 minutes, until done.

If you prefer to bake fish, bake at 375-475F for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness.
