Marinades are a fantastic way to spruce up any meat – and this fresh mango one benefits from the fruit’s many health properties. From cancer prevention to lowered cholesterol, mango is an oasis of wellness and deliciousness. Rub the marinade into chicken or salmon and cover in the fridge for anywhere between two hours to a day for a protein-packed treat.
INGREDIENTS

1 fruit Fresh Mango

1 tbsp Organic Canola Oil

2 tbsp Orange Juice

2 tsp Ginger Root

2 tsp Brown Sugar

2 cloves Garlic Clove

3/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
DIRECTIONS

Peel, pit and chop mango.

Peel ginger root and finely dice.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until pureed.

This marinade is for up to 2 pounds of meat. Cover in fridge (with meat) for at least two hours and no more than 1 day.
