This mousse-like dessert requires no dairy or eggs. Instead, avocado provides creaminess, heart-friendly fats and about 20 vitamins and minerals. Top with vibrant strawberries for a kick of immunity-boosting vitamin C.
INGREDIENTS

1 Hass Avocados

1 1/2 tbsp Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves

1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Nectar

2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, HERSHEY'S European Style Cocoa

1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

3/8 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Sweet Vinegar of Modena

1/2 cup Strawberries
DIRECTIONS

Peel, pit, and cube the large avocado. Add the cubed avocado, preserves, coconut nectar (or honey), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt and vinegar to a food processor.

Blend until smooth and fluffy, at least 3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

Transfer the mousse to small dessert dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.

Thinly slice strawberries, arrange on the mousse and serve.
