Combine hummus with chopped boiled egg, sun-dried tomatoes and extra-virgin olive oil for a heart-healthy, protein-packed snack.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup Hummus

1 Hard Boiled Eggs

4 piece Sundried Tomatoes

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS

Add the hummus, egg, sun-dried tomatoes, and oil to a blender or food processor.

Cover and puree until velvety smooth.

(Hint: Instead of separately using extra-virgin olive oil, use the sun-dried tomato-infused olive oil from the jar of oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, if possible.)
