Egg White Oatmeal 20g Protein - Real Eggs - Quick & Easy

Can be eaten sweet or savory! Mix 1/2 cup raw oatmeal + all ingredients (except sweetener - I add that after cooking) into a bowl and stir very well. Microwave for about a minute and 30 seconds, and then stir again, otherwise you might end up with white chunks of egg and we want this to be mixed so that you can't even tell it's there. Cook 30 more seconds, stir, and repeat. I think my total cook time was 2:30.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 43 g Oatmeal
  • 3 large Egg White
  • 1/2 cup Milk 2%
  • 1/4 tsp Salt*
  • 1 tsp No Calorie Sweetener

DIRECTIONS

1 Mix all ingredients into a bowl and stir very well. Microwave for about a minute and 30 seconds, and then stir again, otherwise you might end up with white chunks of egg and we want this to be mixed so that you can't even tell it's there. Cook 30 more seconds, stir, and repeat. I think my total cook time was 2:30. You can eat it like that or add your favorite things to it like you would a normal bowl of oatmeal!
