1/4 cup Dry Roasted Edamame

1/4 cup dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Spread the edamame and cranberries on a sheet pan with one teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt, and bake at 425 degrees for 20-22 minutes until golden, stirring occasionally.
