1 cup Brown Rice (microwave Pouches With 2 Servings In Each)

1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
-
1 Cage Free Brown Egg

2 tsp tamari sauce (gluten-free)

1 stalk scallion(s)
DIRECTIONS

Prepare the rice according to package directions; stir in the ginger.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small eco-friendly nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg and cook until desired doneness. Serve on top of the rice. Sprinkle with the soy sauce and scallion and serve warm.

(Hint: To take it to go, transport in a takeout container; enjoy with chopsticks. Chill if not eating within 2 hours.)
