Leftover rice from dinner the night before? Mix in a few ingredients and you have a delicious, high-protein egg dish.
INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Steamed Brown Rice, Medium-grain

1 Hard Boiled Eggs

1 tsp Tamari Soy Sauce

1 stalk scallion(s)
DIRECTIONS

If using chilled cooked rice, reheat it in the microwave (or in a skillet over medium heat) until steaming hot.

Sprinkle with the egg, soy sauce, and scallion.
