INGREDIENTS

4 Hard Boiled Eggs

2 tsp Organic Mayo

1 1/2 tbsp fresh chives
DIRECTIONS

Halve eggs lengthwise. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

Dollop each yolk with a half-teaspoon of the mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with the minced (or snipped) chives.
