INGREDIENTS

1 Hass Avocados

1/4 cup Raspberry Fruit Spread

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS

Halve, peel and pit the avocado. Add the avocado halves, fruit spread (with no added sugar), and cocoa powder to a food processor.

Cover and puree until fluffy and velvety smooth. Adjust the amount of fruit spread or cocoa powder to taste, if desired.

Transfer the “mousse” to juice glasses or small dessert dishes. Chill in the refrigerator, then serve. (Optional garnish: fresh raspberries.)
