INGREDIENTS

15 oz Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, drained, rinsed in tap water

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

4 oz low-fat cream cheese

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp Spices, pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tbsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk
DIRECTIONS

Drain and rinse chickpeas. Remove skins by gently squeezing and separating skin from bean — discard skins.

Add chickpeas, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, salt and almond milk to a food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Serve with graham crackers and strawberries.
