These apple slices are so easy that you can make them at the office and then have a healthy, filling snack ready for you at work. If you’re going to make three apples and store them, add a teaspoon or two of lemon juice to keep the apples from browning. If you just want to make this snack with one apple, use a third of a scoop of protein. It’s the perfect power-packed treat.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 3

  • 3 Apple (fuji)
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Ground
  • 1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla

DIRECTIONS

1 Cut the three apples into chunks or slices and place them into a plastic bag.
2 Add the cinnamon and the protein powder into the bag.
3 Seal the bag and shake vigorously.
4 Serve now or place in the refrigerator to chill for a few minutes.
5 Enjoy! This may very well be your new favorite treat.
