This healthful salad packs protein, vitamins and other nutrients into one jar. Add Gorgonzola for salty, crumbly goodness, along with pomegranate seeds and walnuts for crunch.
INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Grilled Chicken Breast Strips

1/2 cup raw kale

1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds

1/4 cup Crumbled Cheese, Gorgonzola

1/4 cup Walnuts

1/2 cup Baby Beets steamed And Peeled

3 tbsp Vinaigrette, Raspberry

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
DIRECTIONS

Mix the raspberry vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Pour into the bottom of the Mason jar.

Add the beets, grilled chicken, kale and gorgonzola cheese.

Top with pomegranate seeds and walnuts, then seal until ready to eat.
