Canned soup gets dressed in colorful toppings, and gets extra protein from shredded chicken.

4 oz roasted chicken breast

1/4 medium avocado

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

1/8 medium red onion

1/4 lime

1 1/2 cups canned black bean soup
DIRECTIONS

Using cooking spray, cook chicken in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook until browned on the outside and cooked throughout, about 5-7 minutes per side. Shred chicken.

Combine the avocado, tomatoes, onion, and juice of the lime. Set aside.

Prepare soup according to package directions and add chicken.

Pour into bowl and top with avocado-tomato mixture.
