Eating a healthy and filling breakfast isn't always easy, especially on busy weekday mornings.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup Whole Steel Cut Oats

3 cups Almond Milk, Original

1 cup Tart Cherries, Dried, Unsweetened

2 tbsp Honey

2 tbsp Butter, Whipped, Unsalted

1 tsp Cinnamon Ground

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Pure Almond Extract

1 pinch Salt

1/2 cup slivered almonds

In the slow cooker, combine steel-cut oats, almond milk, unsweetened dried cherries, honey or pure maple syrup, butter (melted), cinnamon and vanilla extract, a few drops of almond extract and a pinch of salt.

Stir until completely combined.

Cover and cook 8 hours on low.

Before serving, top each bowl generously with chopped, sliced or slivered almonds (optional).
