Protein-Packed Cereal Killer

Who hasn’t made an easy meal out of a bowl of cereal? In this form, it becomes a killer recovery meal for after a workout. We recommend using whey or casein powder or finely ground rice protein powder because those types will be less likely to have a grainy texture with the milk.
INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Multi Grain Cereal

1 scoop Pure Protein Whey Powder

1 cup Drinking Water
DIRECTIONS

I chose multi grain cereal, but you can choose your favorite cereal or even a healthy type of granola (I like Galaxy Granola).

This is super simple and pretty obvious, here goes:

Mix protein powder and water together, using it in place of milk in your favorite cereal.

Now you can have your favorite cereal along with a boost protein to start your morning or pick up your afternoon.
