This hydrating cantaloupe and blackberry fruit salad is perfect for a hot day. Toss in creamy feta and peppery arugula for an irresistible salad that’s both sweet and savory.
INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Arugula

1/4 cup feta cheese

1/4 cup cantaloupe

1/4 cup blackberries

2 tbsp Pecans

2 tbsp Vinaigrette, Red Wine

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper, Black

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
DIRECTIONS

Mix red wine vinaigrette with salt and pepper; pour into the bottom of a Mason jar.

Add the cantaloupe, then the mint leaves, then the blackberries, then the feta and then the arugula.

Top with pecans and pomegranate seeds, then seal until ready to eat.
