INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup White Popcorn Kernels

3 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

1/2 tsp Turmeric
DIRECTIONS

Begin to heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add turmeric.

Add a few kernels to oil to test the heat and cover.

Once they pop, add the remainder of the popcorn kernels, cover again and shake the pot.

Remove from heat for about 45 seconds.

Put back on medium heat and cook, shaking the pot occasionally, until the popping sound stops (about 4-5minutes).
