INGREDIENTS

1/2 lemon

1/2 cup Pear Slices

2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

1 pinch Natural Sea Salt, All Purpose

1 pinch Pepper*

3 cups Mixed Greens

1 tbsp Cranberries

1 tbsp walnuts

1 tbsp Cheese, Goat

Preheat broiler on oven.

Squeeze lemon juice on both sides of pear slices. Lay pear slices on baking sheet and broil on low for 3-4 minutes, until pear is soft and golden.

Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Toss vinaigrette with salad greens and top with cranberries, walnuts, goat cheese, and broiled pear slices.
