2 slice 7 Grain Sourdough Whole Wheat Bread

2 Hard Boiled Eggs

1 whole Avocado
-
1 tbsp organic lemon juice
DIRECTIONS

Toast the bread.

Cut each egg into 5 lengthwise slices; cut each avocado half into 5 lengthwise slices.

In alternating style, arrange the sliced eggs and avocado on each toast.

Sprinkle with the lemon juice. Add sea salt to taste.
