Blueberry Protein Parfait

One serving of regular yogurt can have 6-8 grams of protein while Greek yogurt is usually double the amount of protein -- that’s still not enough to help rebuild muscle after a draining workout. When you’re on the go, simply adding a scoop of protein powder to yogurt is a convenient way to get your amino acids. If you’ve got time, make it fancy by layering yogurt and berries in a tall glass for a power parfait.
INGREDIENTS

6 oz Greek Yogurt - Plain

1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla

1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
DIRECTIONS

Mix protein powder and yogurt together in a glass. Be sure to mix well and avoid the clumping that can happen when blending protein powder.

Add blueberries into the mix and enjoy.

You can add frozen blueberries if you like or cannot find fresh blueberries.

Serve this to friends and all stay within your daily calorie limit.
