INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 3 cups Spinach Fresh
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Plant-Based Protein, Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter organic
  • 1 tsp Sunfood Maca Powder
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Sprouts Granola
  • 1 medium sized Fig
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp Goji Berry

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender (Vitamix/Blendtec) until thick and creamy.
2 Add additional ice as needed to thicken.
3 Pour into a large bowl and top with granola of your choice.
4 Serve immediately.
5 Enjoy with a spoon!
