Spruce up your spring brunch with healthy and tasty options. A Bloody Mary, virgin or with alcohol, offers a variety of health benefits.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 8 oz 100% Juice Tomato Juice
  • 1 pinch Celery Salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1 celery stalk(s)

DIRECTIONS

1 In a glass combine: vodka, tomato juice, celery salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
2 Garnish with a lemon wedge and stalk of celery.
3 If you prefer it even spicier, you can add two teaspoons of horseradish sauce and two dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
