This creamy, spiced smoothie has a complex taste that is sure to please. Rich in resistant starch, bananas provide a boost to your metabolism by encouraging your liver to switch to fat-burning mode. In addition, the potassium in bananas can reduce belly bloat by regulating sodium levels.
INGREDIENTS

1/2 medium frozen banana

1/2 Bartlett Pear, Fresh (medium)

1/4 cup cooked quinoa

1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

1/4 tsp Ground Coriander

3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

4 Ice Cube
DIRECTIONS

In a blender combine the frozen banana, cored and chopped pear, cooked quinoa, cinnamon, coriander, almond milk, and ice and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.
