Banana Choklat Fro-Yo

This sweet treat is packed with protein and tastes just like regular frozen yogurt, minus the added sugar.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 4 medium Banana
  • 4 scoops Proto Whey, Double Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk Unsweeten
  • 1/4 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

DIRECTIONS

1 Place bananas in a food processor and puree until coarse. (For best results, use frozen bananas).
2 Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy.
3 Serve immediately, if you prefer soft-serve style yogurt. For more firm yogurt, pour mixture into an air-tight container, cover and freeze for about 3 hours
4 Optional: Serve with crushed Chokolat bar as garnish.
