INGREDIENTS

2 lb Whole Carrots

4 Baby Beets

1 lemon

1/2 serving Jalepeno Pepper

1/4 cup Cilantro

1 tsp cayenne pepper

2 medium stalks Celery

1 pinch Ginger Root

1/2 Cucumbers

Prepare and set out all ingredients beforehand. All the fruits and vegetables should be left whole to go through the juicer. Run all the ingredients through your juicer, strain and enjoy! (Note: the celery, ginger and cucumber are optional. Feel free to play around with the recipe until you find the combination you like).
