White beans give this salad protein and crackers and veggies give it lots of fiber.
INGREDIENTS

2 cups mixed baby greens

1/2 cup canned white beans

1/2 medium avocado

2 canned hearts of palm spears

1/2 lemon
-
1 dash sea salt

8 gluten-free crackers
DIRECTIONS

In a serving bowl, toss greens with beans, avocado, and hearts of palm.

Squeeze juice from lemon and season with salt.
