This avocado tartare, featuring finely-diced avocado, is a vegetarian-friendly take on steak tartare. The sesame rice crackers are low in sodium and gluten-free, and they provide a satisfying crunch. Meanwhile, a hint of lemon and pinch of salt add flavor and acidity.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Sesame Rice Crackers
  • 1/2 fruit without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California
  • 1/4 fruit lemon
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Scoop the avocado flesh out of its skin and dice into small pieces.
2 Squeeze the lemon juice over the avocado pieces, and sprinkle evenly with kosher salt or sea salt.
3 Scoop the seasoned avocado onto the sesame crackers and enjoy.
