Apple Crisp A La Mode Smoothie includes all of the flavor of a traditional apple crisp without the excess fat and calories. Power Crunch Vanilla Crème Proto Whey protein powder adds a boost of muscle building protein and helps to balance the natural carbohydrates in the smoothie to keep your blood sugar levels steady.



  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium Honey Crisp Apple
  • 2 scoops Proto Whey, Vanilla Creme
  • 3 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Quaker Oatmeal Old Fashioned(dry)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 dash Nutmeg, Ground
  • 2 dash Allspice, Ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 4 Ice Cube
