All-American Protein French Toast

This Sunday brunch classic is actually easy enough for a weekday, and with the addition of protein powder, it can also double as a recovery meal. Just make French toast as you normally would with bread, eggs and milk but mix the protein into the egg-milk mixture before dipping your bread in then panfry as usual.
INGREDIENTS

1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla

2 slice Ezekiel 4.9 Sprouted Grain Bread

1/2 cup Egg Whites

1/4 cup Milk 2%

1 medium Bananas

1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS

Mix egg whites, milk and protein powder together in a small bowl, adding cinnamon to taste.Dip two slices of bread into the mixture.

Cook on medium heat using a non-stick skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Cut up the banana into small pieces, smashing them on top both pieces of bread. Add syrup for taste.
