This recipe is simple to prepare and eat on the go. You can even make it the night before! It’s so balanced and nutrient-rich, that you can actually enjoy this snack for lunch.
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Fresh Pico De Gallo

1/3 cup Refried Black Beans Vegetarian

1/3 cup Guacamole

1 oz Baked Blue Corn Tortilla Chips Salted
DIRECTIONS

Drain pico de gallo (or other fresh chunky salsa) of excess liquid through a fine mesh strainer.

In an 8-ounce capacity jar, layer the vegetarian refried black beans, guacamole, and fresh pico de gallo.

Serve with the baked blue tortilla chips.
