2 tsp Coconut Oil

1 clove Garlic, Whole

1 oz Onions, Green

1 tsp Ginger Root

1 1/2 cups brown rice
-
1 cup Broccoli
-
1 carrot(s)

1/3 cup Frozen Peas
DIRECTIONS

Cook brown rice according to directions.

In a pan heated with oil over medium-high heat, add garlic, green onion, and ginger and cook, stirring frequently, 1-2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
